Hrrmmm....

Well, it's obvious that I have not updated this in a long time. I kind of forgot about it. I decided it wasn't worth $15 every six months for something I forgot about. See, you only have to pay if you want enough space to post pictures, which is pretty much what I did here. Well, I canceled the premium account and for right now, I don't post pictures. Sorry for those that came here to see pictures of Chloe. She is growing like a weed though and has turned into quite the beautiful little girl, different from the little baby I used to post pictures of. Fear not, I do (albeit, very rarely) update my myspace page. Until next time, goodbye...

We finally got Chloe's pictures taken. We were going to get them taken around 1 year, but that never happend for whatever reason. Lindy had presidents day off, but I did not, so her and her mom went and got them done. Apparently Chloe was pretty much a terror and was very difficult to get pictures taken. I totally believe this as I was around her before they left, but you'd never know it from these pictures.

Chloe Standing

Chloe Sitting with Duck

Chloe Sitting on Floor

Chloe Sitting With bear

This pose apparently didn't work out to well.

Chloe sitting with Kitty

And this one is pretty much my favorite. That is her own personal Kitty that we got at Build a Bear right after Christmas. She doesn't go anywhere without it.

Ever.

We got bigger ones of some different poses, but they are not online yet. Hopefully I'll scan them and put them up soon.

Wow, it's been a long time since I put anything up here. In fact, it's been awhile since I put up anything anywhere.

It's very cliche to say that you're busy, but anyone who has a kid knows, you are busy. Chloe is over 19 months old now and we're all having a ball with her. She's really getting into stuff now and her personality is really coming through, she's pretty much a ham and loves to do things for a laugh.

I thought I would post some stuff from Christmas as I took quite a few pictures that weekend.

DSC01509

This is Chloe just a few days before Christmas when she discovered the extra Tickle Me Elmo X that we had stashed in our office.

oh...and my wallet. She pretty much has control over that anyway.

DSC01542

Here she is ripping into her presents from 1 grandma (Lindy's Mom) on Christmas Eve.

DSC01543

Once she got TJ Bearytales open, it went straight to my friend Chris to get it open.

DSC01545

Same thing, just a different angle.

and sideways...

DSC01550

Here's Chris getting his present. Which was a long box stuffed with Spider-Man comics. A nice run of Spectacular Spider-Man from the 70's #'s 9-120 or so with a bunch of others mixed in.

DSC01552

Here's what Chris got me, wich was a Sideshow Toys 12" scale Lords of Sith Darth Vader figure. This thing was extremely limited and was actually only on sale at the 2006 San Diego Comic Con. Apparently they found 6 in a wharehouse and offered up a lottery, and Chris won and actually gave it to me.

I know I would not have that kind of will power.

And yes, that's Darth Vader, look at the eyes.

DSC01557

Lindy's Mom and step Dad also got her a portable Dora bed and she got some Dora PJ's, here they mix.

DSC01559

Here's the tree Christmas Morning. On a weird side note, this was my first christmas morning that I did not spend at my parents. For the first time I had a family to do our own Christmas morning.

I'm Old.

DSC01561

We all enjoyed a cookie.

You can't see me, cause I"m taking the picture.

DSC01564

We got this Elmo bike for her like a year ago, but she wasn't quite old enough.

That is my arm!

DSC01568

This was very much a weeble christmas. She got every fairytale weeble ever made I think.

DSC01566

...and some sweet Sesame Street booty.

You can see me in the background playing with her Itsy Bitsy Spider-Man.

DSC01571

Some of the aftermath...

DSC01572

Some more...

DSC01574

My parents and my brother Jason and sister in law Cara came over later for more presents and breakfast.

DSC01575

Dad looks suprised and Cara looks...down.

DSC01581

Here's Chloe's score in it's entirety.

It kind of freaks me out how many little eyes are looking back at me.

DSC01582

Here's another upright with the tree.

DSC01589

We plan on taking a picture of Chloe with her Christmas stuff every year. This one was taken the day after Christmas about three seconds after she got up.

DSC00813

We did it last year too.

DSC01475

An older picture but one of my favorites.

Ever since we've moved, I"ve wanted to turn the new basement into a nerd museum with all of my stuff. Needless to say, I"ve been very busy and haven't had much of a chance. Well, today I got to put together my first piece. First, let me explain a little. I love Star Wars, if you know me, well, I don't really need to explain. I used to collect all of the action figures, but that just became too expensive, then The Phantom Menace came out back in 1999 and I got into it again and collected a bunch more figures, then I quite.

2002's Attack of the Clones didn't get me back into it much, I bought a few here and there. But Revenge of the Sith got me back into it even more, but this time, I streamlined my collection. Only Darth Vader, Clone Troopers, and the occasional Jedi. But to be honest, Clone Troopers are the most fun.

I needed a cool center piece to put everything together and I found it at work. Some guy brought an old TV stand that was made for a particular TV back that was damaging his TV. It was a $250 stand originally, but it got marked down to $20 because it was so old, so I snapped it up. Enjoy the pics...

This is the stand in it's glory from a distance.

Here's the Revenge of the Sith version Republic Gunship with the regular Clone Pilot and the black clad Clone Pilot repaint. Also, in the ship is a Clone trooper from the "Attack on Coruscant" figure box set that's behind the ship (thanks for the extra fig Chris!)

Here is the Clone Wars cartoon Republic Gunship (I missed out on the AOTC version, as I said, I didn't collect much then, and they're quite expensive now). With 2 Attack of the Clones Clone Pilot figure  and another extra Arc Trooper figure from the "Hunt for Grevious" figure box set that I haven't gotten yet (Thanks again to Chris for giving me his extra fig).

Here is a selection of Clone Troopers from REVENGE. Note the Palpatine transmission to carry out "Order 66."

More REVENGE troops. Note that some have their helmets off to reveal the face of Jango Fett, the "father" of all the clones.

Here is Darth Vader leading his loyal 501st Legion into the halls of the Jedi Temple.

Here are some Attack of the Clones Clone Troopers along with Jango Fett and Scorch the Republic Commando (who has appeared in books and video games, but not any film).

Here is Darth Vader once again leading his loyal troops. I don't have nearly as many Original Trilogy troopers as I'd like, that's just something I'll need to work on.

Just for fun I also put this in there, which is  the re-building of Darth Vader after is fateful battle with Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Here's another shot of the final product.

...and here's my cat, Ripley. She helped me out the entire time.
